Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients:
- 1 can corn
- 1 can black beans
- 1 large tomato
- 1 small onion
- 1 lime
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- crackers or tortilla chips

Drain corn. Drain and rinse black beans. Finely chop tomato and onion. Cut lime in half and remove seeds. Squeeze juice over the mixture. Add salt and pepper.

This is something we enjoy on the island because all of the ingredients are available. We always have plenty of fresh limes!
